Curious to get you and your audience's takes on how (most) corporate performance management systems support, or don't support, these principles. (Tipping my hand: in my experience, they don't!)

Ostensibly, such systems exist to drive, recognize, and reward performance and foster growth in individuals, teams, and organizations. Yet many (most?) don't seem to achieve either.

What might a performance management system that aligns the growth goals of individuals, teams, and orgs look like?
