This should be an op-ed post in every major newspaper today. So good and so true.

This is a wonderful post. I can’t wait until we turn back to serious people with integrity who get things done and who have a moral compass

Love this Brad. Too true on how performativeness is creeping into everything. I used to see it all the time in running and triathlon. With people being the 'first ever [insert pointless title]' so they can use a fundraising campaign as a mask for growing an online presence. All while the real grafters who were putting in the training reps all along don't get a glimpse of the credit for their hardwork.

“One of the most important skills of our current era is having a finely-tuned bullshit detector.“ This, right here. I would add, when you find the real ones, the ones committed to genuine growth, leadership, and adding genuine value to the world, keep those people in your orbit. You’ll become better, and you’ll be reminded there’s still plenty of good in humanity.

“Commitment to any craft, when undertaken the right way, helps to form your personhood.”

Perfectly stated, Brad. Despite the cliche, “how you do anything is how you do everything” has a seed of truth in it. We’d be best to remember that!

We're here. We have like 30 subscribers. Nobody except our friends and family give a shit about us. Speaking of politics, we know what a show the Anchorage meeting with Putin was. He won't agree to peace in Ukraine until he has to. We ignore RFK, Jr. and hope he'll go away.
